Volume 14: All in?

Reconciliation Week is coming up, and this year’s theme is “All In.”
I’ve been sitting with that.
Because “all in” can mean a lot of things in our space.
Sometimes it looks like more meetings, more words, more boxes to tick.
But I think it can be simpler than that.
So I’ve created something.
It’s called All In - and at its core, it’s a small, practical quest:
Take a moment on Country.
Capture it (photo or drawing).
Name it.
Share its story.
That’s it.
No scripts.
No pressure to get it “right.”
Just a way to step in, rather than stand back.
The ask (if this resonates):
If you’re planning anything for Reconciliation Week, or you’re looking for something simple and meaningful to offer your mob - feel free to share this with your team, your networks, or your community.
It’s designed to be easy to pick up, and easy to pass on.
I’m not positioning this as the way to engage with reconciliation.
But it is a way.
And sometimes that’s all people need - a place to begin.
