Volume 8: Somewhere Between Hyde Park and Kings Park

“Some words are Noongar language - I use them deliberately, not to explain culture, but to walk alongside it.”

G'day and welcome back,

This one comes straight from the field.

What follows are two handwritten journal entries from the first Authentic You trials - one led by kaat (the mind), the other by koort (the heart).

They’re imperfect by design. Observational rather than instructional.

Read them like you would a campfire story, not a manual.

I’m glad you’re here.
