an entry point into the broader labyrinth of Authentic You and the work I’m doing with organisations across the country.

Inside, you’ll find stories, reflections, sketches, spellcrafting experiments, and some unintentional tea stains (it adds character I have concluded).

Why ‘The Alchemist’?

I’m signing off differently because this edition is about transformation. Alchemy is the art of turning the ordinary into something meaningful - scribbles into insight, mess into wisdom, a journal page into a doorway. For this moment, I’m not The Custodian holding space; I’m The Alchemist revealing the process.
